A Surprisingly Easy No-Bake Recipe With A Cosmic Zip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • ½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

  • ½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

  • ½ cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates)

  • 2 tbsp chia or flax seeds (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Magic mushrooms, finely ground / powdered (dose as desired)

  • Optional: a few tablespoons of melted dark chocolate to drizzle on top

Dosing Reference:

1/4g or less is a microdose.
1g is a gentle glide into a new way of thinking
3.5g will make you trip pretty damn hard
More than 3.5g might get scary

*Start Slow! You can always take more later. Wait 90 minutes between doses, as the magic can take its time to kick in.

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, warm the nut butter and honey (or maple syrup) on low heat until smooth and combined.

  2. Add your magic mushroom powder and stir gently to distribute evenly. Adding your mushrooms into the heated butter with help with even distribution, and will help extract the psilocybin from the mushrooms.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in the oats, nuts, dried fruit, chia/flax seeds, and salt until evenly mixed.

  4. Line a small baking dish (8×8″) with parchment paper and press the mixture down firmly into the pan.

  5. Optional: drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top for flavor and hold.

  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  7. Slice into 8–10 bars. Keep refrigerated for freshness.

Tips & Notes

  • Use natural nut butter (no added sugar) for better texture and flavor.

  • If the mix feels too dry, add a tablespoon of honey or nut butter.

  • For travel or sharing, wrap each bar individually in parchment or wax paper.

  • Finely ground mushrooms blend better and ensure even distribution in each dose.

  • These can last up to a week refrigerated, or longer frozen.
