Magic Mushroom Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 grams ground dried magic mushrooms (adjust dose as needed)

  • 1 baguette or loaf of your favorite crusty bread

  • 3–4 tbsp softened butter

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of parsley (optional)

  • Grated parmesan (optional but yummm)

Dosing Reference:

1/4g or less is a microdose.
1g is a gentle glide into a new way of thinking
3.5g will make you trip pretty damn hard
More than 3.5g might get scary

*Start Slow! You can always take more later. Wait 90 minutes between doses, as the magic can take its time to kick in.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare your garlic butter:

    • In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and parsley.

    • Stir in your finely ground magic mushroom powder until well incorporated.

  3. Slice your bread lengthwise or into thick pieces.

  4. Spread the infused garlic butter generously across the surface.

  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are lightly crisp and the center is warm and soft.

  6. Optional: Sprinkle with parmesan and broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden finish.

  7. Serve warm, share with friends, and let the magic unfold slowly and deliciously.
