Magic Mushroom S’mores

Keep It Simple With This Trippy Treat

Ingredients

• 1–2 grams ground dried magic mushrooms (adjust for your preferred dose)

• Graham crackers

• Marshmallows

• Chocolate squares (milk or dark — your call)

Dosing Reference:

1/4g or less is a microdose.
1g is a gentle glide into a new way of thinking
3.5g will make you trip pretty damn hard
More than 3.5g might get scary

*Start Slow! You can always take more later. Wait 90 minutes between doses, as the magic can take its time to kick in.

Instructions:

1. Grind your mushrooms into a fine powder using a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle.

2. Toast your marshmallow over the fire (or stovetop) until golden and gooey.

3. Layer it up:

   • Place a piece of chocolate on one graham cracker.

   • Sprinkle your mushroom powder evenly over the chocolate.

   • Add the toasted marshmallow and top with another graham cracker.

4. Let it melt slightly for 30 seconds so the chocolate softens and the flavors blend.

5. Enjoy slowly and savor the nostalgic, gooey goodness as your trip begins to bloom.
